When the start of the game is approaching, customers just want to know how to watch (or record) the contest so they don’t miss a moment. Gamefinder shows the TV schedules of multiple leagues, and the Sling plan on which customers can watch.

Sephora Associates are amazing at client service, de-mystifying beauty, and making clients feel welcome. We built a digital companion to help those associates gain even more superpowers (via data and toolkits) to look up inventory, book services, and understand client preferences.

Warmer weather can make sales harder for a brand known for protection from the elements. My team needed to find a way to leverage weather data to our advantage, and not let Mother Nature always dictate our wins and losses. So, we turned to historical weather data and data science to turn the tables.

Apple’s iTunes Tagging (2007)
After the novelty of ripping their compact discs into a digital format like iTunes, many customers weren’t buying additional music digitally. In order to support music discovery and thus purchase, we partnered with the US radio industry and automotive brands to make finding your new favorite song as easy as pressing a button.
